Between classes, we’ll wander through the vibrant streets of Barcelona together as a group, discovering the city and creating unforgettable moments along the way.
From the colourful mosaics of Park Güell to the iconic architecture of Sagrada Família, we’ll immerse ourselves in the city’s unique blend of culture and history. We’ll stroll along La Rambla, enjoy the lively atmosphere of local markets, and unwind by the Mediterranean at Barceloneta Beach.
Whether it’s sharing meals, exploring hidden corners, or simply soaking up the energy of the city, every moment will be part of a truly memorable experience.
Our Coaches
Alex Zurhake
BJJ brown belt, 2nd dan ju-jutsu, yoga teacher (RYT 200)
Active MMA, K1, and BJJ fighter, and co-founder of Team Laurien & Alex
Combines structure, logic, and playful methods – ideal for fast learning success
DevOps engineer (M.Sc. in Electrical and Information Engineering, TUM) – thinks in systems and optimises processes, including in training
Björn Schneckenburger
Founder and owner of Abnoba MMA, with a lifelong passion for martial arts and Asian philosophy, beginning his journey with judo in 1987
Trained worldwide, including extended stays in China and Thailand, and continues to develop his skills through international seminars
Teaches MMA, Muay Thai (certified Kru in Bangkok, 2019), and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (black belt under Olavo Abreu), alongside experience in multiple other martial arts disciplines
