Our camps are designed for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioners of all levels. Our goal is to connect athletes from around the world and provide a fun and safe training environment. We invite qualified teachers and next to BJJ, we offer mindfulness lessons, Yoga, etc. We learn about recovery as an important part of training and do common activities in the area (e.g. surfing, exploring, …)

The minimum requirement for participation is a BJJ white belt.

Our basic packages usually include training, workshops, mindfulness & recovery sessions, group activities (vary depending on the location), a welcome bag with surprise goodies, and photos of the experience.
Since housing preferences are different, we decided to add accommodation and private transport as a bookable extra.The exact list of what’s included can vary per retreat. You can find the information on each retreat’s dedicated page.

Absolutely not! You can choose freely which sessions and activities you would like to join.

Qualified instructors will prioritise safety, and basic first aid is usually available. Travel insurance should cover medical needs.

Yes — travel insurance that covers medical emergencies and trip cancellations is highly recommended.

The same things you bring to your normal practice. Leggings/shorts, rashguard, Gi, belt, mouthguard, water, slippers, towel.

We give preference to places which are close to a big airport. Transportation from and to the nearest airport can be booked as an extra.
